Hockey-Hotline-App-Web-DesignOur web development team is composed of avid hockey fans and as such, when The Hockey Hotline crew came to us looking to create an online platform that connects hockey players, coaches, and management, we were excited to take on the project. We are happy to announce that the new app for The Hockey Hotline is now live.

Our brilliant web programmers have created a custom-built application similar to LinkedIn which connects hockey players and organizations. Team management can source talent and players have the ability to reach out and get their hockey resume in front of scouts and organizations looking to acquire new players. Not only did we build the app, our team also designed the logo, website and a promo video for The Hockey Hotline.

The Hockey Hotline is a social network for all things hockey – connecting players, teams and organizations. Talent scouts can find players to complete their lineups and players can showcase their skills and build their profiles complete with video clips, vitals and more.

web-candy-CCA-2017-web-designWe are super stoked to announce that Web Candy (a division of Blue Ocean Interactive Marketing) has been awarded the Consumer Choice Award for Web Design in Southern Alberta for the 6th year in a row. Our team is honored and humbled by the award, as consumers make the choice of who deserves the title.

The award ceremony was held at Heritage Park’s Gasoline Alley featuring a wonderful dinner, great food and drinks. We had a blast celebrating the achievement as a crew, in addition to meeting with other award recipients throughout the evening.

Each year throughout Canada, the CCA collects perceptions, expectations, and opinions about businesses from consumers. After a rigorous selection process conducted by a third party research firm, winners are selected. This process ensures only the most exceptional service providers are selected within their industry.

It is an honor to say the least. And we want to thank all of our clients who have supported us through the years.
